Our Shipping Policy

Orders on all 100% soy wax candles are handled in the order in which they are received. 

Please wait 2-4 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. 

Your order will be shipped from Avondale, Arizona using USPS Priority Mail.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically handled within 2-4 business days after they are placed. 

A day in transit is not calculated based on the order ship date. 

Please keep in mind that USPS transportation times do not reflect our processing time.

Shipping costs/ Transit time

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more before taxes. 

Except when there are special deals. USPS shipping rates are based upon a flat rate shipping method.

The time it takes for USPS Priority mail to arrive varies by state, but it usually takes between 2-3 business days. 

USPS may suffer delays that are beyond our control during the busy season (holidays) and during COVID-19.

We apologize but we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Damaged Package

We take special care to package your order with our unique packaging and biodegradable packing materials. 

We recognize that traveling can be difficult. 

If your products arrive damaged, we will do everything we can to make things right.

Lost of Stolen Packages

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for packages that have been marked as delivered but appear to have been stolen.

If you obtain a delivery confirmation but do not receive your shipment, please make plans to contact the shipping company within 24-48 hours.

We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses. 

Because the buyer submitted an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If the package is marked as undeliverable or returned to sender by USPS, you are responsible for the shipping   fees associated with re-sending it. 

Damaged items will not be replaced unless additional fees are paid.
