Purple Moonlight Candle Co.® makes every attempt to provide a fair, satisfying, and delightful buying experience for our consumers. We hope that our policies will accomplish this. Please read about them below and contact our team if you have any questions.

Returns & Refunds:

Purple Moonlight Candle Co's mission is to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. The vast majority of transactions are final. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact for assistance if your goods arrive damaged. We'll send you information for returning your item.

To receive a complete refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchased items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Candles that have been lit cannot be returned. There will be no refunds if you are unhappy with the perfume after you have received it.
